Lost in our thoughts and these beautiful lights ✨ Sometimes it’s nice to just get cozy and let the magic happen… Feeling pretty sure about this one! Loving every moment.

“Of course, you didn’t notice,” we say, don’t we? Noted the light – little bit too much orange today, perhaps – but not quite so obvious as to be noticed. That lace dress…it hasn't felt ours for ages, has it? It was yours, really, when you let us borrow it. Feels a lifetime ago since we last argued about whether that meant something or simply that you were being stubborn.

A flicker of amusement, certainly - did you see that? A tiny one when we tilted our head a fraction, maybe. Like a well-placed jewel, weren’t here? Almost invisible, almost. Like everything used to be.

It feels like years since yesterday, doesn’t it? All those silent meals, all those missed cues. You haven’t said anything yet, of course. Just that quiet gaze. The one that always knew more than we dared admit.

We shifted our weight ever so subtly then, didn’t we? Right footed, a trace of uncertainty. Did you catch that? Most people do. They think it’s charming, this hesitant grace. But you know it isn’t, do you? Or perhaps it is.

Just breathe. Let go of the worry. And look closer—we’ve been here all along. Isn’t that right? Now, aren’t you going to ask us what we mean?”
