Golden hour glowin’ ✨ Feeling that perfect cozy combo – oversized knit and a little bit of rain outside. Sometimes the best moments are just those spent feeling comfortable and content within yourself...
The wool feels scratchy tonight, doesn’t it? Not unpleasant, not exactly - more…familiar discomfort. Like remembering an argument you didn’t really want to remember. It’s been nearly ten years, hasn’t it? Ten years since the last time he asked, which wasn’t so long ago, really, compared to all the other times he didn’t.

To admit that maybe, after all this time, after the silences and the shrugs and the careful avoidance, we still remembered how good it could be.
We haven’t spoken in ages, except for the nod during the wedding, of course. Everyone thought it was a bitish, didn’t they? But it wasn't, was it? Now look at us. Another chance, maybe. Though neither one of us will admit it.
So, yes, turn our heads slightly towards the window, wouldn’t you? That single shaft of moonlight caught the fringe of your hair perfectly.”
