Now...well, now there usually isn't. Not really.”

We haven’t said anything for minutes, not since he shifted his weight, which was probably subtly annoying. It’s been ages since we did, actually. Too long. Remembered to wear the silk scarf, then. A little bit of Paris, still. Always a touch of Paris, even if it’s just memory wrapped tight around these shoulders. These rather beautiful ones, aren't they?
