The wool feels scratchy tonight, doesn’t it? Not terribly so, not usually. It's your scent, mostly. A hint of woodsmoke and something faintly familiar about the way you always smelled after rain - which was good, obviously. Mostly. Looked nice when you were drenched, didn’t it? It’s been…well, longer than we liked to admit, hasn't it? Five years since the last time you weren’t drinking too much wine and forgetting where you put your shoes, five years since the predictable quiet started creeping into everything. See how the light catches your cheekbone? Looks soft today. Almost gentle. Maybe it's time to remind them, isn't it? Time to remind them of that. Or maybe," you think, tilting your head ever so slightly towards the camera, "maybe it's time to ask why they left in the first place."

So, yes, look at us. At least we're wearing the dress well. Dark blue, rather dark. Supposedly hides the spills. Though some say those spilled within ourselves still linger…”

What do you think? How did it go? Let us know! Would you like us to tweak it, or try another scene?
