Golden hour glow and effortless vibes - that’s what it’s all about! Found my perfect cozy corner today, curled up with this amazing knit and a whole lot of peace. Feeling like we’re floating through a...

(The light catches the fraying edge of the cable knit – always did love that blue, even if it was a bit worn around the edges).

Here goes nothing. It has been... well, longer than we liked to admit, hasn’t it? That little wobble in the boots - didn’t notice, did you? Probably not. We weren’t keen on noticing much lately, were we? Just enough of each other to keep ourselves warm when the wind outside was too sharp. These woollen mittens – touchy business, these. A hint of sheepskin, definitely, but also a trace of stubbornness. Like us.

There was that argument, of course. Always an argument about whether to stay up late with the rain drumming against the windowpanes, or brave the morning for those perfect golden hour photos. Or maybe there wasn't really an argument, more a gentle drifting apart, a quiet agreement to let the steam off without ever quite reaching boiling point.

Now look at you – standing there, all observant angles and hesitant smiles. The camera lens might be catching the wayward strand of hair escaping from behind our ear, then. Not exactly welcoming arms, are we? More like a carefully guarded stillness. Remembered laughter, certainly, caught in the curve of our lips – remember the way the sunlight used to catch your eyelashes?

It feels almost daunting, doesn’,t it? This feeling, after all this time. Almost overwhelming. Not unpleasant, though. Mostly, it’s comfortable. Familiar. And perhaps, just perhaps, a flicker of hope settled amongst the dust motes in the room.

So, don’t move too quickly, yes? Take a breath. Here comes another sip of Earl Grey, brewed strong just so. Now, smile back.”
